Dr. Shamil Validov is now working at the Department of Advanced Research in Federal Research Center “Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences”, Kazan, Russia. He obtained MSc in Genetics (Russia – 1993). He received PhD in Biological Sciences – Institute of Biology in Leiden University, The Netherlands in 2007.
